  PPSC provides a skill-based paralegal/legal assistant services to your firm. The main goal is to help with overflow work. The fee for our service is on a flat fee basis.   This service helps you to increase productivity of your work flow and get files moving at a faster pace.

• Civil Claims (suing some one for $25,000.00 or less) / Pardons & Waivers

• Land Transfers:
  We prepare the land transfer and dower release. The spouse that is giving up their interest in the matrimonial home must sign the Dower Release in the presence of a lawyer.
• Commissioner for Oaths:
  A Commissioner is a person authorized to take your oath or solemn affirmation when you sign an affidavit or a statutory declaration.  A Commissioner does not certify that the statements being made are true, only certifies that an oath or solemn affirmation has been administered properly.  A Commissioner of Oaths can only commission documents within the Province in which the Commissioner received his or her appointment. Please note that a Commissioner and Notary are not the same thing, a Notary is a Lawyer.
